On Christmas, I had overeaten from Thanksgiving and reached my alltime high weight of 202. I started to gradually eat a bit less and went down to 197 by New Year's Eve. I spent all of December 31st eating all of my favorite junk food and cleaning my refrigerator by eating everything in it that was not to be on my new diet. Measurement of belly fat was 48" around. I made a string that length so I can quickly wrap it around and see progress.
January 15th -- Weight is 191 and middle measurement is 46". Decided that a goal of 10 pounds each month is a manageable goal so goal for February 1st will be 187.
January 31st -- Weight is 186 (lost 11 pounds) so my goal for February will be to reach 176.
